Takahiro Fukahori is the Manager in charge of 'green innovation' focusing on environmental technology transfer and promotion of eco-towns at the International Economic Affairs Office, Economic and Labor Affairs Bureau, Kawasaki-city. He has worked as an officer of Kawasaki-city, Japan, and was involved in environmental administration of the city for approximately 20 years. Takahiro Fukahori has a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from Ohio University, United States.
